A highly successful Global Property Consultancy has appointed Beach Baker to recruit a Senior Associate or Associate Project Manager (or Projects Building Surveyor) for their busy and expanding Bristol office. This role offers the opportunity to step into a leadership position within one of the region’s most respected teams.

As part of a dynamic Project Management & Building Surveying team of 35 professionals, you will play a pivotal role in delivering and managing complex, high-value commercial projects. The consultancy’s reputation is built on working with Grade-A clients, predominantly in the private commercial sector, with projects typically ranging between £5M and £50M in value.

This leadership opportunity provides a balance of office-based work, site visits, and flexibility for working from home. The Bristol office is centrally located and offers excellent facilities, including a modern staff gym, breakout areas, cycle storage, and easy access to Cabot Circus, Clifton, and Harbourside.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing commercial property projects from inception to completion.

• Building strong relationships with high-profile clients, primarily pension funds and investors.

• Guiding and mentoring junior staff with potential to step into line management.

• Delivering a variety of commercial projects while also having the flexibility to carve out a niche specialization.

• Playing a key role in ensuring projects positively impact the local built environment.

• Representing the consultancy at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions.
