Description:

As the Senior AV Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of their CTV platform. You will be responsible for evangelizing and selling into Media Agencies, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge to cultivate strong relationships and drive revenue. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Product Team, providing valuable insights and feedback to support the continued evolution and development of their platform.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead the sales efforts for CTV and Audio products, targeting Media Agencies and key clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within Media Agencies.
  • Evangelize the benefits of the CTV platform, effectively articulating its value proposition to potential clients.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to the Product Team to inform product enhancements and developments.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and potential partnerships.

Requiremets:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, with a focus on CTV.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the CTV ecosystem and digital advertising landscape.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
