The Advocate Group is proud to be partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing business in the drinks industry to recruit a Senior Brand Manager to lead a portfolio of premium spirits.
The Role:
- Develop and execute annual brand strategies and plans, clearly positioning each brand to its target audience.
- Lead best in class activations across On & Off Trade.
- Support major grocery listings and drive in-store visibility through tailored marketing plans and promotions.
- Oversee e-commerce strategy to grow online presence and sales.
- Work closely with internal teams, agency partners and field teams to deliver consistent brand experiences.
- Track brand performance, analyse sales and marketing data, and adjust plans to maximise ROI.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated to have impact.
- Lead and motivate direct reports!
About You:
- Experience in brand management, ideally within spirits, drinks, or FMCG.
- Strong commercial understanding of the On/Off Trade, aswell as Ecommerce.
- Confident leading consumer and trade activations and managing digital campaigns.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about premium drinks and brand storytelling, with excellent relationship skills.
