Senior Building Physics Engineer

Description:

As a Building Performance Engineer, you’ll be involved in a range of diverse projects, including offices, hospitals, schools and universities, mixed-use developments, and high-rise residential towers.

In addition to Building Performance Modelling (DfP) using IESVe, you’ll also be involved in broader sustainability tasks such as whole life carbon (WLC) and embodied carbon calculations, NZC roadmaps, and energy and sustainability strategies.

This role offers a 35-hour week, 26 days leave, 5% pension, ongoing CPD, a hybrid working week of 3 days in the office, and a clear path to Partner.

Requirements:

• Expert IESVe / ApacheHVAC modelling skills
• Solid understanding of building services such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
• Ideally, a CIBSE Low Carbon Energy Assessor (LCEA)
