Here at TSA Surveying, our client is a Building Consultant who has secured a 10-year framework to deliver the capital expenditure budget on behalf East Midlands County Council and their corporate property portfolio. This equates to £8-£9m per annum. Their projects showcase an array of Library’s, Children and Adult education centres, parks and pavilions and over 300 schools. Alongside a diverse portfolio of properties that also include heritage buildings.

In result of this it has opened a vacancy for a Senior Building Surveyor role within the company. The ideal candidate would be a motivated self-starter who is flexible in their approach to work. They provide an outstanding service of project and Building Surveying duties such as working with tender documents, tender analysis, design specifications, contract award, contract administration and project completion.
