Are you an experienced Endur Back Office Business Analyst looking to work on high-impact transformation projects within the energy trading space? We’re seeking a strategic and delivery-focused individual to lead and influence business-critical change within one global client of the world’s most dynamic industries.

🔍 The Role

As a seasoned Business Analyst, you will:

• Lead end-to-end business analysis across large-scale initiatives involving settlement and confirmations (Paper & eCMS).
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making and secure buy-in.
• Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex IT and architectural concepts into business-aligned outcomes.
• Champion Agile ways of working and contribute to the long-term growth of Business Analysis capability within the organization.

📌 What You'll Be Doing

• Drive stakeholder engagement and business change management across complex initiatives.
• Own the analysis function for projects involving Endur, with a focus on back office operations.
• Influence architecture direction by staying current with IT trends, solutions, and vendor capabilities.
• Develop innovative, minimal viable solutions to meet strategic goals.
• Support and coach teams in Agile frameworks and tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps/VSTS).

🎯 We're Looking For

• 10+ years in IT, including 2+ years in leadership or management roles.
• Deep experience in Endur Back Office, with expertise in Settlements or Confirmations.
• Strong understanding of IT-business alignment and architecture.
• Experience in Agile delivery and facilitation across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• CBAP and/or Agile certifications are a strong plus.
