Description:
Gallagher, a world-leading insurance and risk management firm, is seeking two skilled Senior Business Analysts to join the Business Change and Transformation team within its Specialty Division in London. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals with strong analytical, technical, and communication skills to help drive digital transformation projects and enhance online tools and trading platforms for Gallagher’s specialty business.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the division’s digital innovation strategy, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver impactful solutions that modernize business operations and empower global trading teams.
Develop and document detailed business requirements, including user stories, process flows, wireframes, and use cases to support product development.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather insights, align expectations, and drive consensus on project goals.
Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of proposed digital solutions.
Collaborate with developers, product teams, and QA engineers to ensure successful implementation and testing of solutions.
Monitor project progress, identify risks or potential roadblocks, and recommend strategies for on-time delivery.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, especially those related to digital insurance platforms and online broking tools.
Continuously enhance business analysis processes and contribute to a culture of operational excellence and innovation.
Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst in the London Insurance or Lloyd’s Market.
Demonstrated experience in digital innovation or developing online business tools and platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with experience engaging cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in business analysis methodologies (user stories, process maps, wireframes).
Experience with Agile frameworks and collaboration in Agile project environments.
Familiarity with APIs, web development, data analytics, and mobile application technologies.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
