Senior Business Analyst

Description:

LSEG is seeking a Senior Business Management Analyst to join its Security Operations Business Management function within the Global Cyber Security Operations Centre (GSOC). The role bridges business insight and cyber expertise to maintain cyber resilience and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the link between technical teams and senior stakeholders, reporting operational performance and supporting strategic decisions.

• Translate cyber threats and trends into actionable insights for business units.

• Become a domain expert on Security Operations services, tools, and datasets.

• Drive Security Operations metrics programs, prepare reports, proposals, and updates for leadership.

• Support audits and regulatory requirements, ensuring governance compliance.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and innovate within Security Operations.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Cyber Security Operations, incident management, and Global Security Operations Centre functions.

• Experience with audits and regulatory compliance.

• Ability to communicate complex information to different audiences, including senior leadership.

• Metrics reporting experience; knowledge of KPIs, standards, frameworks (e.g., NIST, DORA) is advantageous.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience in cyber security, preferably in financial services or regulated environments.
