About the role:
Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing the business analysis process to identify, prioritise, and document business requirements. You will collaborate with the team to translate these requirements into functional specifications and data architecture that align with business objectives and technical constraints. Additionally, you will design and implement data architectures to support efficient and effective data management, governance, and security. Ensuring the alignment and integration of various business systems and technologies will be crucial to support the Foundation's operations and strategic goals.
You will play a vital role in guiding and supporting business process analysis and redesign initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. This includes developing and maintaining standard business analysis and data management methodologies, tools, and templates across the organisation. You will identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend appropriate solutions to enhance business performance, customer satisfaction, and value for money.
About you:
Extensive experience in business analysis, data architecture, and process analysis is required, along with success in leading projects and working with cross-functional teams. A high level of problem-solving skills under pressure, managing complex data and information systems, and proficiency in various business analysis and data management methodologies and tools are important. Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills will enable you to influence and negotiate effectively, and professional certification in business analysis or data management would be a plus.
The ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment is essential. Effective communication and building strong relationships with stakeholders are critical, as well as a demonstrated passion for working in the health sector and making a positive impact in society.
