Description:
To help continue our growth, we are looking for a Senior Charity Partnership Manager to join our team and help expand the number of charities we support with our programmes. You will work closely with our marketing and research team to identify, engage, and win new charity partners, providing vital L&D solutions and development opportunities for passionate charity professionals across the country.
Responsibilities include:
- Working towards a challenging, but attainable, financial income target
- Supporting the growth and development of Corndel within the charity and third sector market
- Working closely with the marketing team to organise and manage marketing campaigns aligned to the sector
- Building relationships with potential new charity partners and helping them to understand how their levy can be used to achieve their strategic goals
- Leading campaigns, proposals, pitches, and stakeholder engagement strategies to engage and confirm new charity partners
- Working closely with the Account Management team to ensure that programmes are delivered on time and a positive, ongoing partner relationship is secured

Experience and Skills:
Essential:
- A passion to work with charities to enhance learning and development opportunities in order to help develop, upskill, retain and diversify talent across the sector
- Exceptional relationship management skills
- High levels of organisation and the ability to prioritise under pressure
- An understanding of the third sector and its strategic priorities
- Experience in engaging and influencing senior decision-makers
- A track record of achieving or exceeding financial targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and listening skills
- Drive to be a high performer, individually and as part of a team
Desirable:
- Experience engaging and influencing senior decision-makers within a charity or third sector setting
- A track record of achieving of exceeding financial targets in a solution-based fundraising or marketing role
