Description:
We are looking for an energetic individual who is keen on accelerating their career in data, tech, and analytics. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is a pragmatic thinker, who can own, lead, and manage key data, technology, and analytics workstreams for the client. The role requires the ability to seamlessly support the solutions team by contributing to the development of Omni enabled solutions and services, to help clients solve marketing challenges with technology and data. Therefore, this role would suit an ambitious, highly motivated, and organised individual. One who is capable of both commercial thinking and tactical delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client relationship management
- Build strong client relationships with our partners across the Omnicom Group, based on clear value propositions, supported by Omni and Annalect capabilities
Omni & Annalect capability design & optimisation
- Lead and partner with specialist teams to design solutions using Omni & Annalect capabilities to optimise client DTA capabilities
Project delivery
- Lead, manage, and oversee Omni & Annalect capability project delivery
- Create business cases
- Lead project teams & assist with client-focused project tasks (e.g milestone reviews)
- Consult on client DTA-related challenges
Business Development
- Input into pitch approaches/solutions, RFIs & RFPs and supporting resourcing requirements and commercials.
- Help co-ordinate client growth plans
- Demo Omni apps and Annalect capabilities
Go-to-market approach
- Support commercial model development for specific capabilities
- Support capability specialists on creation/evolution of delivery blueprints.
- Create go-to-market strategy for Annalect capabilities
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has client-facing experience within the area of data-driven marketing. They have worked in analytics, ad tech, digital or a data-specific role, ideally in a multi-client environment (e.g., agency or consultancy)
- Must have a genuine passion for data-driven marketing, how it can drive real impact for a client’s business and for every consumer’s experience.
- Should be highly organised and able to project manage multiple projects with multiple matrix teams.
- Is a great communicator, and relationship-builder, able to gain the trust of both clients and colleagues.
- Enjoys working in a dynamic environment, networking, and building new relationships.
- Is a pragmatic thinker.
- Is keen to learn and be conversant in latest innovations in data-driven marketing.
