This position focuses on internal communications for Allianz’s Personal and Specialty (Pet) insurance divisions — two vital areas of the company’s operations — and offers an exciting opportunity to craft impactful narratives that engage employees and reflect Allianz’s purpose: “We secure your future.”

As a Senior Communications Manager, you will play a key role in developing and delivering innovative communications strategies that inspire, inform, and connect employees across the business. You will collaborate with communications business partners, senior leaders, and global teams to design campaigns that strengthen company culture, highlight success stories, and enhance employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and deliver high-quality internal communications campaigns that align with company goals and values.

• Collaborate closely with the Communications Business Partner, External Communications teams, and key business stakeholders.

• Create engaging, audience-focused content using digital platforms such as SharePoint and Viva Engage.

• Translate complex business concepts into clear, relatable messages that resonate across diverse internal audiences.

• Leverage performance data and feedback to refine communication strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

• Support leadership communications, ensuring executives have a strong, authentic, and consistent voice.

• Contribute to the global Allianz network by aligning local messaging with international initiatives.

• Promote Allianz’s purpose, culture, and values through storytelling and creative content.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Strong background in internal or external communications, ideally within a large or complex organization.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience using digital communication tools (e.g., SharePoint, Viva Engage).

• Proven ability to plan and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with clear prioritization.

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

• Proactive, creative, and results-oriented mindset with accountability for project delivery.

• Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., chatbots, AI-assisted content systems) is desirable but not essential.

• Multimedia and video content creation/editing experience is advantageous.

• Prior experience in an internal communications role is beneficial but not mandatory.
