As a Senior Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing a wide-ranging portfolio of clients—from tech startups to government associations—while identifying, engaging, and placing best-in-class talent. The ideal candidate will bring recruitment expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for international talent placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates across Europe.

• Execute in-depth recruitment activities, including headhunting, talent mapping, and candidate screening.

• Offer expert consultancy throughout the hiring lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all parties.

• Keep up to date with industry trends, political landscapes, and employment patterns across European regions.

• Collaborate with the internal team to drive business expansion and exceed performance goals.

Candidate Requirements:

• Extensive recruitment experience, ideally within communications, public affairs, or related sectors.

• Deep understanding of European markets and the flexibility to work across multiple regions and sectors.

• Fluency in a European language is a plus but not mandatory.

• Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative approach to recruitment.

• Highly motivated, self-directed, and capable of working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
