TSR Legal are currently supporting a large multi-office regional practice based in Bristol who are seeking to appoint a Corporate Partner to join the expanding national Corporate team. The firm already has a busy national corporate commercial division, ranked in both Chambers and Legal 500, with significant international reach.

You can expect to work with a range of clients including national retailers, high-net-worth individuals, local and national businesses. The work includes mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, equity and capital markets and accelerated M&A, restructuring and insolvency.

Applications are welcomed from Senior Corporate Solicitors with at least 8 year post qualification experience.
