Senior Counsel

We’re supporting the search for a senior in-house lawyer to lead on employment law, disputes, and contentious matters within a fast-paced, commercially driven organisation.

Broad remit covering complex employment advisory work, litigation, regulatory matters, stakeholder partnering, and strategic risk support.

This role requires strong emotional intelligence, gravitas, and the ability to operate effectively in a demanding, high-performing culture. Ideal for someone pragmatic, adaptable, and comfortable working in grey areas while partnering closely with senior leadership and HR teams.
