As Senior CRM Specialist, you'll take ownership of CRM strategy and execution across multiple communication channels including email, SMS, and app notifications, directly impacting customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value. In this role, you’ll work closely with the CRM Lead and a team of collaborative professionals to build intelligent, data-driven lifecycle journeys. Your contributions will directly support the company's customer retention goals while shaping its broader CRM roadmap in a dynamic and growing environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and app communication channels.

  • Build and refine personalised lifecycle journeys using customer segmentation and behavioural data to increase retention and lifetime value (LTV).

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, growth, and data teams to ensure CRM strategies align with broader business goals.

  • Champion a rigorous A/B testing culture and use data insights to drive continuous improvement across campaigns.

  • Own CRM analytics and performance reporting, leveraging platforms like Looker to provide actionable insights.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the long-term CRM strategy and roadmap.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing role.

  • Background in ecommerce, subscription services, or membership-based environments.

  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce.

  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with BI tools like Looker.

  • Expertise in segmentation, personalisation, campaign testing, and performance tracking.

  • Confident communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Passionate about customer experience, brand storytelling, and mission-led business values.
