This Senior Customer Marketing Manager role supports a global SaaS client, focusing on customer advocacy, storytelling, and building communities that drive product-led growth (PLG) and sales-led initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a library of case studies, quotes, and proof points for sales, marketing, and PLG journeys.

  • Enable sales and growth teams with customer stories tailored by persona, segment, and lifecycle stage.

  • Create and manage customer advocacy programs, reference systems, and communities.

  • Partner with CS, Sales, and Product Marketing to identify advocates and gather insights.

  • Recruit customers for webinars, events, advisory boards, and campaigns.

  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production, personalization, and insights.

Requirements / About You:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in customer marketing, content marketing, or advocacy in B2B SaaS.

  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, with experience creating impactful customer narratives.

  • Ability to manage relationships with internal teams and external customer stakeholders.

  • Experience in both PLG and sales-led environments.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion, or similar marketing tech stacks.

  • Experience launching or supporting customer communities or councils.

  • Bonus: Experience using AI for workflow, content creation, or analysis.
