Their client, a leading global SaaS company revolutionizing how digital businesses handle payments, is looking for a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to lead customer advocacy and storytelling initiatives that drive both product-led growth (PLG) and sales-led activities.

In this strategic role, you will craft impactful customer narratives, foster strong relationships, and leverage customer success stories to fuel acquisition, conversion, and expansion efforts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and utilize AI tools to accelerate content creation and insight generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive library of case studies, testimonials, and proof points for sales, marketing, and PLG initiatives.

  • Partner with sales and growth teams to provide tailored customer stories by persona, segment, and lifecycle stage.

  • Create and manage an advocacy program, reference system, and customer community.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing teams to identify customer advocates and uncover key insights.

  • Recruit customers for webinars, events, advisory boards, and marketing campaigns.

  • Utilize AI tools to streamline content production, personalization, and insight generation.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in customer marketing, content marketing, or advocacy within B2B SaaS.

  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with proven ability to craft compelling customer narratives.

  • Experience managing relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion, or similar marketing tools.

  • Experience in both product-led growth (PLG) and sales-led environments.

  • Experience with customer communities or councils is an advantage.

  • Bonus: Prior experience using AI for content creation or workflow optimization.
