As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be a pivotal contributor in shaping data strategy across multiple departments. Your insights will directly influence business decisions, marketing strategies, customer engagement, and product development. You’ll serve as the data storyteller, transforming raw metrics into compelling narratives that drive informed action across Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, and Tech teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance the structure and architecture of the Power BI reporting suite.

• Lead the delivery of insightful reporting outputs, emphasizing storytelling, relevance, and clarity.

• Provide actionable insights on customer behavior, bookings, loyalty, and experiential metrics.

• Define data tracking frameworks and develop self-service dashboards to promote agility and decision-making across departments.

• Build models for forecasting, customer segmentation, predictive analytics, guest lifetime value, and retention strategies.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in SQL.

• 4–5 years of experience in data analytics, emphasizing customer insights and strategic business impact.

• Advanced Power BI capabilities including DAX, workspace management, and data model optimization.

• Skilled in A/B testing and applying statistical analysis techniques.

• Strong strategic thinking, ability to prioritize tasks, and excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred/Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with Python, Databricks, DBT, Fabric, and Azure data services.

• Experience working with CRM, loyalty systems, hospitality platforms, and booking flows.

• Competency in developing predictive algorithms/models using supply-demand data.

• Passion for gamification, loyalty mechanics, and behavioral economics.
