Senior Data Analyst

This Senior Data Analyst role is with a fast-growing fintech client aiming to improve financial products for people who move across borders. The role involves driving strategic decision-making through data, partnering with product, marketing, operations, and engineering teams, and mentoring junior analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer and business data to identify patterns and opportunities.

• Build dashboards and visualizations in Looker for company-wide stakeholders.

• Model data using dbt and maintain scalable data pipelines.

• Apply statistical techniques and experimentation to guide decisions.

• Ensure data integrity through audits and hygiene practices.

• Mentor junior analysts and support a culture of continuous learning.

• Identify new growth or optimization opportunities using data insights.

Requirements / About You:

• Strong SQL skills; Python experience a plus.

• Hands-on experience with Looker, dbt, and Snowflake or similar tools.

• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills to make complex data accessible.

• Detail-oriented and committed to data accuracy and integrity.

• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

• Proactive, curious, and motivated by meaningful impact.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work independently.
