Senior Data Scientist

Description:

L&D Nexus is seeking a passionate and creative Senior Data Scientist to support content and learning design initiatives. This hands-on role provides experience in a bilingual, AI-powered EdTech startup transforming corporate learning in the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and developing instructional materials for e-learning and corporate training programs.

• Support the creation of storyboards, scripts, and learning modules.

• Research and apply instructional design models such as ADDIE or Bloom’s Taxonomy.

• Collaborate with content experts and trainers to create engaging learning experiences.

• Contribute to content digitization and multimedia development.

• Test and review course materials for usability, clarity, and learning effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Educational background in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technology, or related field.

• Familiarity with e-learning tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or Canva (preferred).

• Strong interest in e-learning, curriculum design, and educational technology.

• Excellent written and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
