Description:
As Senior Digital Analyst you will have responsibilities covering a variety of areas including strategic insight, data integrity, forecasting, work flow optimization, AB and Multi-Variant Testing.
The core of your role will be liaising with a wide variety of stakeholders to support and shape strategic business initiatives through the application of data and insight, drawing on knowledge from other teams (e.g. customer analytics and commercial analytics) where applicable.
You may have opportunity to support and shape the development of our self-service optimisation across multiple sites, and will also have responsibility for supporting stakeholders’ day-to-day data requirements (using Adobe Analytics Premium and Adobe Target) while simultaneously having a constant eye on the future, highlighting opportunities that may not yet have been considered.
Assisting with prioritisation on the roadmap and leading tests from hypothesis and specification through to monitoring and analysis.
You will be comfortable in A/B and multivariate test hypotheses and then presenting your insights, scientifically proven to the appropriate stakeholders.
In relation to analytics availability you will be responsible for creating actionable reports and dashboards, at all times taking an educational/ support approach to encourage self-service by stakeholders using Adobe Reports & Analytics (SiteCatalyst).
