The role will also take ownership of the creative process to ensure channels are supporting the key commercial priorities, following the most effective processes from content creation to go live, and take pride in measuring the impact of these priorities with channels. Alongside also driving forward the continuous improvement and A/B testing strategy, maintaining a roadmap, and managing channel creative tests and optimisations.

This role will cover creative execution and optimisation across all TUI UK&I brands including TUI package, flights, accommodation only Marella & River Cruises, Lakes & Mountains, Crystal Ski and First Choice.

At TUI we’re lucky enough to have a hybrid and flexible model of working, but we do ask that the successful candidate is prepared to come to our Luton based office at least once per week. Closing date for applications will be the 13th June

About The Job

  • Taking ownership and responsibility for driving forwards creative alignment across all digital marketing channels on a weekly basis as part of our standard creative, but also during critical campaign periods, ensuring our templates and formats are fit for purpose.
  • Working closely with the Display Programmatic team and external Dynamic Creative Optimisation (DCO) technology and stakeholders to deliver best in class Display creative across multiple audiences and concepts, whilst also minimising delays in delivery feeding into the roadmap and priorities for development.
  • Working closely with the wider Content and Brand Marketing teams to feed into the overall creative strategy for the business, ensuring all assets and campaigns are putting Digital formats at the formats at the forefront of their planning.
  • Owning the test & learn roadmap amongst digital channels, driving forward creative A/B testing as well as audience led targeting to deliver increased customer engagement in our creative executions. Ensuring results are collated, shared and learnings implemented as part of BAU.
  • Taking the lead on preparing creatives, writing briefs, and identifying new opportunities to test and work on new placements/platforms.
  • Ensuring we’re continuing to develop and drive forward the online mid-funnel strategy, alongside the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, particularly through the use of Online Video and other programmatic formats.

About You

  • A creative and innovative thinker with the ability to build relationships, drive forward new ideas, processes, and creative strategies
  • Excellent photoshop skills with a keen eye for creative excellence
  • An interest in technology and a basic understanding of how advertising technology can help deliver relevant content to customers
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organised
  • The ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively with excellent written and oral communication
  • An understanding of how digital marketing channels work is desirable but not essential
  • Experience managing a small team is desirable
  • Results-driven with the ability to analyse performance data and make data-driven decisions
