Description:
A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and demonstrate an ability to drive diligence in execution and reporting. She or he must possess a strong understanding of best-in-class digital marketing strategies and tactics and proven record of successful ABM digital campaigns. This position requires execution as well as leadership of others and will report into the Director of EMEA Campaigns and Demand Generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a digital marketing organization with 3 direct reports; able to execute as well as develop strategy.
- Oversee the EMEA Digital Marketing plan and actively prioritize projects and seek opportunities to build effectively for scale and vendor optimization.
- Be key driver in creating a seamless prospect and customer journey across all digital platforms, connecting all channels.
- Enhance the ABM Digital Strategy by implementing list prioritization and digital campaigns processes and measurement in alignment with ABM KPI
- Manage the external agencies that build and support our digital marketing efforts in EMEA. Manage budget spent, ongoing optimization and reporting.
- Work closely with EMEA Campaign Management, ABM, Field Marketing and Marketing Operations to define the Digital Marketing agenda, timelines, communication and execution tracking.
- Routinely multi-tasks across multiple projects and digital marketing programs, using existing tools and communication skills to manage project information and deliverables.
- Stay on the cutting edge of digital marketing best practices by researching the latest trends and gathering new ideas from industry analysts and experts, vendors/agencies, and peers/competitors.
