Senior Digital Product Manager

Description:

Capital One is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to join its Nottingham-based Digital Product team. As a senior member, you will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering the organization’s digital product investments, building on your deep understanding of consumer and business needs. This role demands strong leadership, product strategy expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders while driving innovation and transformation in the financial services space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of new digital products and features aligned with business goals.

• Work collaboratively with engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams to develop compelling product strategies.

• Apply deep knowledge of consumer credit to challenge and disrupt traditional models.

• Influence technology choices to deliver resilient, innovative, and scalable solutions.

• Integrate business analytics, define success metrics, and embed operational excellence into product development.

• Maintain a human-centred approach to reimagine and enhance customer interactions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive product management experience within regulated industries.

• Demonstrable track record of delivering complex products or platform capabilities.

• Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to influence and inspire senior stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills to engage, lead, and motivate teams.

• Data-driven approach to shaping product strategy and customer experience.

• Ability to dive into technical details and unlock engineering productivity.

Work Model:

• Permanent, full-time position based in Nottingham.

• Hybrid model: minimum of 3 days a week in the Nottingham office (Tuesday–Thursday).
