A unique and strategic opportunity exists for an experienced NetSuite Finance & Supply Chain professional to take full ownership of the NetSuite ERP platform at a global organization headquartered in Cambridge. This role combines system leadership, business partnership, and strategic roadmap development, making it ideal for a senior professional eager to shape the digital finance and supply chain systems landscape.

This is a high-impact position that involves engaging with internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite executives, vendors, and global teams, to drive scalable technology solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Inventory Management. As the company embarks on a business process optimisation and automation journey, this role plays a pivotal part in its next phase of transformation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Alignment:

• Act as a trusted advisor to Finance and Supply Chain leadership, understanding goals and solving challenges.

• Identify opportunities to maximize Oracle NetSuite and the wider Oracle ecosystem for business advantage.

• Maintain and evolve an IT roadmap aligning finance and supply chain initiatives with strategic objectives.

Technology Planning & Delivery:

• Lead the design and implementation of NetSuite-based solutions to improve budgeting, forecasting, and logistics.

• Select and integrate new SuiteApps and features to enhance capabilities.

• Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

• Proactively explore and integrate AI and automation to boost operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management:

• Cultivate strong relationships with internal business leaders.

• Be the main point of contact for system issues, resolutions, and improvements.

• Conduct regular meetings to align IT initiatives with business strategy.

Process Optimisation & Compliance:

• Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline finance and supply chain operations.

• Ensure solutions comply with financial regulations, data security, and industry standards.

• Develop and enforce policies that harmonize IT and business workflows.

Requirements:

• Senior-level experience with NetSuite ERP across Finance and Supply Chain domains.

• Background combining IT, finance, and supply chain knowledge within large, fast-paced organizations.

• Strong leadership skills, with proven ability in project management and vendor negotiations.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in pharmaceuticals or similarly regulated industries is a plus.
