Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients across police stations, Magistrates’ Courts, and Crown Courts.

• Lead complex and serious criminal cases with a focus on strategy, clarity, and client care.

• Instruct counsel and collaborate with other team members to ensure best outcomes.

• Mentor junior solicitors and contribute to a team culture based on trust, excellence, and integrity.

• Maintain high ethical standards and uphold the firm's strong professional reputation.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE and Duty Solicitor accreditation.

• Strong experience in advocacy, case handling, and team leadership within criminal law.

• Highly organised, dependable, and confident in using modern legal technology.

• Passionate about client care, ethical practice, and collaborative team development.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: £46,000–£50,000 per annum (£3833–£4166 monthly).

• Fee Share: 10% for duty cases | 20% for own referrals.

• Out-of-Hours Pay: £110 per police station attendance | £10 per advice call.
