We will count on you to:
- Understand the Energy & Power risk landscape through both a traditional oil & gas lens, all the way through to servicing those clients who are already well underway on their own Energy transition.
- Understand Energy & Power clients’ strategic business priorities, risk strategies and risk management needs, and provide advice accordingly, to successfully serve the client as their risk advisor of the future.
- Responsibility for driving growth initiatives, including suggesting and building innovative solutions for new clients and new projects; as well as prospecting for new clients.
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver innovative renewal and placement strategies.
- Have deep market relationships to provide informed advice to clients including conducting market negotiations.
What you need to have:
- Energy & Power experience including construction and operational risks
- Client and/or market facing experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates integrity and collaborates effectively with others – a team player
