Description:
Palo Alto Networks is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior Engineer in Customer Success to join their growing team. This role is central to empowering clients in preventing cyberattacks, streamlining security operations, and optimizing attack surface management through Palo Alto’s advanced platforms such as XDR and XSIAM.
In this role, you will act as a technical subject matter expert (SME), working closely with customers to ensure smooth product deployment, effective adoption, and ongoing success. You will support customers by troubleshooting technical issues, writing automation scripts, and delivering customized training and guidance.
Key responsibilities include ensuring fast time-to-value during product deployment, driving adoption of Palo Alto Networks’ cybersecurity solutions, creating scalable digital knowledge resources, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams. You will continuously engage with customers to identify new use cases and help them leverage the latest product features effectively.
This role demands someone who thrives in a fast-paced, matrix environment, with excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work independently under pressure. You must be adept at building strong customer relationships, enabling organizations to maximize their cybersecurity investments, and ensuring long-term client success.
