As Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will lead new business development across enterprise-level clients. This is a high-impact sales role where you'll be identifying, prospecting, and closing deals with large organisations, guiding them in transforming their employee benefits infrastructure using Ben’s cutting-edge platform.
The role demands strategic thinking, consultative selling, and the ability to build deep relationships with stakeholders including HR leaders and C-suite executives. Your contribution will be key to the company’s continued expansion in the enterprise space.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and close new enterprise opportunities across target verticals
Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to large organisations
Drive consultative and value-based sales engagements, addressing client pain points
Engage with key decision-makers and influencers to build trusted relationships
Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting through negotiation and handover
Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams for a seamless customer journey
Maintain high awareness of SaaS, HR, and benefits market trends to inform strategy
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, especially selling to HR leaders or teams
Proven track record of success closing $500K+ ARR deals in large organisations
Expertise in enterprise sales processes and navigating complex buying structures
Skilled in consultative, solution-based sales approaches
Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presentation abilities
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments
Familiarity with modern SaaS business models and tech
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus + equity ownership
£100/month personal “Ben Balance” (increases by £50 each year, up to £250)
28 days annual leave (plus public holidays, with flexibility to swap), increasing to 30 days after 3 years
