The agency is seeking a Programmatic+ Senior Executive to join their dynamic Programmatic team. Reporting directly to the Programmatic+ Manager, the successful candidate will support implementational planning and execution across Programmatic and Direct Display campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver implementational planning excellence across Programmatic and Direct Display campaigns.

• Liaise with media owners and ensure high-quality outputs for clients.

• Manage the day-to-day running of campaigns adhering to PHD’s processes.

• Support the Programmatic+ Manager and senior stakeholders in campaign execution and process optimization.

• Handle administrative tasks contributing to the smooth operation of client accounts.

• Foster interest and engagement for Programmatic opportunities within the agency.

• Build strong relationships with technology suppliers to enhance service levels.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience as an Executive or Planner within a media agency.

• Strong technical knowledge of the programmatic marketplace.

• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards of delivery.

• Excellent organizational skills with capacity to handle multiple projects.

• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of accountability.

Flexible Working:

• Hybrid model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

• Core working hours: 10:30 – 16:30 (flexible start/finish times).

• Standard hours: 9:30 – 17:30 with flexibility around individual needs.
