Senior Finance Business Partner

Description:

Platform Housing Group is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner (Project) to take on the role of EPM Business Lead on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This exciting role is part of a larger transformation project as the organization implements new Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) software to enhance financial planning and analysis. The EPM Business Lead will serve as the primary business-facing contact for this project, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that the new system and processes meet the organization's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for the project within the business.
• Work closely with business units to ensure the system and processes meet the needs of both the business and customers.
• Lead data gathering, analysis, transformation, testing, and training.
• Deliver project activities that require business knowledge and insights.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in financial planning and accounting in large, complex organizations.
• Qualified accountant with at least 2 years of experience, including 1 year in a leadership or team leader position.
• Strong ability to engage collaboratively with a variety of business stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• A recognized project management qualification or relevant experience is beneficial.
