Senior Finance Manager

As Senior Finance Manager – FP&A you will report into the Head of Finance with a dotted line to the CFO. You will manage a small team charged with various aspects of financial analysis, planning, and forecasting for the business. Moreover, you will act as a trusted advisor to various business areas including senior leadership.

You will be involved in but not limited to the following duties:

• Manage a team of FP&A Analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines
• Oversee the production of monthly analysis packs for senior leadership team
• Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting processes for the business, consolidating inputs from various business units
• Develop and maintain financial models and scenarios to support strategic initiatives, capital allocation, and business development opportunities
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards, highlighting KPI, trends, variances, and risks
• Partner with business unit heads and functional leaders to provide financial guidance and analysis, identify areas for improvement, and drive cost optimization
• Collaborate with the accounting, treasury, tax, and audit teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial data and reporting
