We're looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join a high-profile Programme within a leading Defence organisation. You'll work closely with Programme Managers and senior stakeholders, turning financial data into insight that shapes decisions, performance and future strategy.

What you'll be doing

• Act as a key finance business partner to programme leadership.
• Lead forecasting, EACs, AOP and 5-year planning.
• Analyse programme performance, risks and opportunities.
• Support project accounting, cash management and balance sheet reviews.
• Provide financial insight for investment, pricing and new business decisions.
• Champion financial accuracy, governance and continuous improvement.

What you'll bring

• CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified, or a finalist.
• Strong project accounting and business partnering experience.
• Background in Defence, Aerospace or complex contracting.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• A proactive, inquisitive approach with strong attention to detail.
• SAP, Power BI and advanced Excel experience would be a bonus.
