Senior Full Stack Engineer

Iprova is a fast-growing technology start-up specializing in data-driven, AI-enabled approaches to creating physical science inventions. Their innovations are transforming industries such as autonomous vehicles, healthcare, and communications, with patents referenced by top companies like Google, Microsoft, and Apple.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable web applications and backend systems. You’ll work with cutting-edge cloud technologies, including Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker, to build and scale the infrastructure that powers Iprova’s software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust, scalable web applications.

• Develop, optimize, and manage scalable backend systems and APIs.

• Deploy and manage cloud-based infrastructure on Azure.

• Design and maintain containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Implement and manage event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar technologies.

• Work with various database technologies including Redis, Elasticsearch, Neo4j, and PostgreSQL.

• Develop experience with product ownership, particularly UI/UX design.

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Proven industry experience with Kubernetes and Docker.

• Hands-on experience managing infrastructure in AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Strong understanding of event streaming and messaging queues such as Kafka.

• Expertise in database systems like Redis, Elasticsearch, Neo4j, and PostgreSQL.

• Proficiency in developing APIs with frameworks like Django, FastAPI, Flask, or Express.

• Commercial experience with front-end development (preferably Vue.js).

• Comfortable with Unix systems.

• Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset.
