• Manage key supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for consultancy, recruitment, and employee services.
• Partnering with senior stakeholders across the globe to show the value of procurement and align all sourcing with business objectives.
• Contribute to a centralized global procurement function, ensuring best practices across various regions including EMEA and APAC.

Senior Global Indirect Procurement Manager, Required Background:

• Extensive experience in Indirect Procurement, specializing in Professional Services and HR categories, ideally from a global blue-chip organization.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience operating in a Business Partnering type role
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage global supplier relationships.
• Proven success working within regulated industries such as financial services or pharmaceuticals is beneficial but not essential.
