Senior Graphic Designer

Description:

We are looking for the candidate to bring new ideas on system integration and improve our artwork handling processes. This includes client communications, approval and change processes, printer integrations, file handling and more.

This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys seeing their designs brought to life and manufactured in the same building whilst also being enthusiastic about driving change to their department to meet KPIs.

You will be based at our Lancing, West Sussex facility.

All applicants which are invited to an in person interview will be required to perform a proficiency test covering the creation of artworks.

Your role; including but not limited to:

Management:

- To manage 2 members of staff to meet department KPIs

- Oversee an efficient workflow of all jobs requiring studio input

- Error management and remedial action

Production:

- Weekly department updates

- Artwork file creation

- R&D – ideas creation (new business)

- Bespoke projects – artwork and production process

- Customer communication – required on bespoke projects

- General proofing artwork
