The Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC), a Mayoral Development Corporation under the Greater London Authority, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Inclusive Growth Manager to join its Delivery Directorate. This leadership role is central to ensuring that one of the UK's most transformative regeneration zones delivers real economic, social, and educational benefits for the local community and businesses.

The OPDC is responsible for the regeneration of Old Oak and Park Royal – spanning parts of Ealing, Brent, and Hammersmith & Fulham – and is set to become a major urban hub anchored by the upcoming High Speed 2 (HS2) station at Old Oak Common. The Inclusive Growth team ensures that regeneration leads to tangible improvements in opportunity, access, and prosperity, especially for traditionally underrepresented groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and deliver strategic Inclusive Growth programmes focused on skills development, business support, and education pathways

  • Develop and manage stakeholder partnerships aligned with regional and local policies in economic development

  • Commission and manage delivery partners to meet defined social, economic, and educational objectives

  • Monitor and report on programme compliance, KPIs, risks, financials, and outcome delivery

  • Collaborate with businesses, contractors, developers, and employers to understand sector-specific skills challenges and develop effective solutions

  • Represent OPDC in high-profile meetings, boards, and forums to influence wider policy and practice

  • Contribute to achieving diversity, inclusion, fairness, and equity in all programmatic efforts

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in leading complex social and economic development projects within urban regeneration settings

  • Deep knowledge of relevant national, regional, and local policies in education, skills, employment, and enterprise

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly in multi-agency environments

  • Proven track record of delivering innovative, impactful programmes that address skills gaps and foster inclusive economic growth

  • Capability in programme administration, delivery partner management, and quality assurance

  • Passion for inclusive, fair regeneration and measurable social impact
