Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Description:

We’re looking for a Technical Lead / Infrastructure Consultant to help us level up. It’s a hybrid hands-on role - part project delivery, part internal mentor, part problem solver. We’ve got some great 3rd line engineers in the team.

A few things to know:

• We’re looking for aptitude over perfection - if you’re great with AWS but light on Azure (or vice versa), that’s fine.
• You’ll need to be confident in Linux environments and happy working across DevOps-heavy projects.
• You'll be in the office 2–3 days a week, collaborating with the team — the rest is remote.
• This is a business where everyone’s figuring stuff out — no egos, no hiding. We work it out together.

Who this probably suits best:

• An experienced infra engineer who’s stepped up to lead projects or small teams.
• Someone who likes variety, pace, and solving tough problems.
• Not just a techie, but someone who can communicate with customers, mentor others, and keep cool under pressure.
