Senior It Support Technician

Description:

You will be working as a senior audio visual (AV) technician in support of AV services across the University, providing technical expertise in designing and delivering AV solutions for teaching spaces, meeting rooms and information screens.

You will provide technical support for audio visual services across the University, responding to urgent requests to resolve unforeseen faults, particularly in teaching spaces. You will also be expected to understand and fix more complex problems with AV systems.

The role involves working with colleagues and suppliers to design and arrange installation of AV systems across the University. Working with stakeholders, you will ensure that solution meet their needs, are installed to deadlines and within budget.

You have demonstrable experience of specifying and installing industry-standard AV equipment for presenting to audiences.

You have experience of liaising with stakeholders and planning the design and installation of technical solutions.
