Senior Lawyer/director

Description:

The successful candidate will join a leading Banking/Finance team, working on a wide range of transactional and advisory matters including real estate finance, leveraged finance, and corporate funding.

The lawyer will also advise clients on banking matters, draft and negotiate loan and security documentation, provide legal opinions, and conduct research. The lawyer will also manage and supervise junior members of the team, in addition to contributing to business development initiatives.

Essential Criteria:

• • Qualified solicitor;
  • 4+ years’ PQE;
  • Banking/finance background;
  • Commercial awareness;
  • Ability to work within a busy environment;
  • Strong time management skills;
