Description:
Intuita, a rapidly growing and people-first consultancy, is seeking an Associate Director – Product Ownership to join their senior leadership team and lead high-impact client data projects. This is a critical role with significant influence both internally and externally. The successful candidate will play a central role in defining and driving data strategies, particularly in the Financial Services sector, by embedding a product-led mindset across data initiatives and working directly with senior stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with business objectives.
This role requires deep technical understanding across data disciplines, commercial acumen, stakeholder influence, and a collaborative leadership approach to foster innovation and excellence in data delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the data product vision, roadmap, and scope for major clients.
Collaborate with delivery leads and technical teams to align strategies with client needs.
Cultivate strong relationships with client stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
Translate business needs into tangible, high-value data products and solutions.
Champion Agile best practices for backlog and delivery management.
Present outcomes and impact to clients, demonstrating Intuita’s value.
Mentor and lead a team of data product professionals.
Stay at the forefront of emerging data trends, driving continuous innovation.
Required Skills and Experience:
10+ years’ experience in data and analytics with a strong leadership record.
Proven expertise in Financial Services, owning financial products or data solutions.
Strong stakeholder influence and communication skills.
Technical knowledge across data architecture, governance, engineering, analytics, and visualisation.
Background in Agile, Lean, and modern product management frameworks.
Proficient in SQL and data analysis with the ability to validate technical insights.
Strategic mindset with an ability to balance user, business, and technical needs.
Passion for mentoring and building high-performance data teams.
