Must-Have Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Agentic AI technologies (Python, MLOps, LLMs).

• Experience with cloud deployment of AI/ML models.

• Product mindset with an appetite for experimentation.

• Passion for creating more human and meaningful work environments.

Bonus Skills:

• Knowledge of discrete optimization techniques and operations research (metaheuristics).

• Experience building evaluation pipelines.

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, ideally Azure.

• Proficiency in .NET (C#) and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
