Description:

Golin London is seeking a Senior Manager (Account Director) to join its Corporate Communications and Reputation team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with leading brands on bold communications strategies focusing on sustainability, purpose, and reputation management. Golin fosters a flexible, inclusive, and development-oriented environment, requiring a minimum of two in-office days per week and encouraging creativity and balance.

The role sits within Golin’s Risk & Reputation team, which is part of the global Purpose + Planet practice—comprising over 40 subject matter experts in sustainability, climate change, social impact, and equity. You will work with UK and international teams to deliver integrated campaigns with purpose-driven messaging that engages audiences and influences perception.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute diverse campaigns for clients across multiple sectors

• Manage projects to completion on time, within budget, and to the highest standards

• Apply media, stakeholder, and social communications expertise to shape strategies and client counsel

• Build and maintain strong, proactive client relationships by delivering insightful, data-informed, and strategic advice

• Guide clients in real-time risk and reputation management, drawing on your understanding of current affairs and the UK media landscape

• Collaborate effectively with global teams, ensuring high-quality integrated outcomes

• Mentor and support junior colleagues and contribute to agency-wide training and knowledge-sharing

• Participate in new business pitches and strategic planning activities

Key Requirements:

• Currently an Account Director or a Senior Account Manager with extensive experience in fast-paced, multi-market communications

• Strong working knowledge of UK business, media, and stakeholder landscapes

• Experience handling business media across print, broadcast, and digital platforms

• Confidence to offer bold, reputation-enhancing counsel to clients

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and campaign leadership skills

• Proven mentorship experience and commitment to team development

• Experience in B2B communications and national media relations

Preferred Qualifications (Even Better If):

• Experience with leading FMCG, retail, or consumer brands in integrated campaigns

• Global or non-UK market communication experience

• Proficiency in communicating strategy across varied formats (emails, documents, presentations)
