Description:
OMD, a part of the world’s largest media network, is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Social to join their London office in a hybrid working model (3 days on-site, 2 remote). The role is focused on delivering high-performance paid social campaigns for a newly acquired global skincare brand client. This is an exciting opportunity to lead innovative performance marketing strategies, enhance client ROI, and guide a dedicated activation team in a high-paced, collaborative environment.
The Senior Manager will be a key digital specialist within the agency, overseeing end-to-end paid social execution — from planning and strategy to optimization and performance reporting. This includes coaching junior team members, ensuring quality control, and contributing to both innovation and operations. You’ll work in a culture of agility and data-driven decision-making, with the goal of elevating brand presence through integrated, high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead performance-focused paid social campaigns aligned with client KPIs.
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across social platforms.
Deliver polished client presentations and data analysis using PowerPoint and Excel.
Leverage brand safety and ad verification tools.
Monitor team output, ensuring excellence in quality and innovation.
Delegate efficiently and manage multiple campaign priorities.
Present solutions creatively and articulate complex strategies clearly.
Respond to briefs with strategic, efficient solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong background in paid social planning, execution, and optimization.
Hands-on experience with social platform setup and performance reporting.
Familiarity with brand safety tools and campaign verification metrics.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Skilled in PowerPoint and Excel for client reporting.
Able to manage and mentor junior team members.
Comfortable working in a hybrid model with flexible hours (core hours 10:30–16:30).
