Adobe is seeking a Senior Manager – Enterprise Marketing Analytics to lead its EMEA marketing analytics function, driving performance optimization and advancing measurement capabilities. This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced analytics professional with a passion for leveraging data to transform marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a critical business partner to the VP of EMEA, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Develop and implement a robust reporting and analysis roadmap for the EMEA Marketing team.
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to optimize campaigns and channels.
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of analysts, fostering career development and performance excellence.
Provide measurement thought leadership and introduce innovative measurement methods.
Define business requirements for technical projects that enhance Adobe’s ability to measure success in account-based marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in a B2B environment.
4+ years in a leadership role managing analytics teams.
Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
Expertise in B2B marketing strategy and measurement.
Strong technical skills: SQL, advanced Excel, and data-driven storytelling.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior executives.
