Harnham, a leading recruitment consultancy in the data and analytics space, is hiring a Senior Marketing Science Manager on behalf of a growing digital agency located in Central London. This exciting opportunity allows you to work at the convergence of data, media, and marketing strategy in a high-performing team that is scaling fast. The role is perfect for an analytical thinker who wants to drive impactful decisions through data insights across various marketing campaigns and sectors.

You’ll take ownership of technical delivery for marketing science projects, serve as the primary point of contact for data science initiatives, and work closely with clients and internal media teams. Your work will include advanced modelling such as marketing mix modelling, customer lifetime value analysis, attribution modelling, and more. If you are a hands-on data expert who thrives on bridging data science with business decisions, this is the role for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical execution of marketing analytics projects, including:

    • Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM)

    • Attribution Modelling

    • Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) Analysis

    • Propensity Modelling

    • Incrementality Testing and Dashboarding

  • Act as the technical lead across multiple client accounts, ensuring data-driven insights influence media strategy and activation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including media and data science departments

  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior analysts

  • Deliver strategic and tactical data solutions for well-known brands across sectors

  • Communicate findings effectively to clients and stakeholders to support business growth


Candidate Requirements:

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in data science, analytics, or marketing science

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Python

  • Proven expertise in at least two of the following areas:

    • Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM)

    • Attribution Modelling

    • Propensity Modelling

  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in media or agency environments

  • Working knowledge of SQL and R (nice to have)
