Senior Microsoft Security Consultant

This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a team of Microsoft-certified professionals delivering cutting-edge cloud and security solutions to enterprise clients across both public and private sectors. The position combines technical expertise, consulting excellence, and solution delivery leadership.

As a Senior Microsoft Security Consultant, you will design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Security solutions that safeguard clients’ cloud and hybrid environments. You will also play a key advisory role in aligning technology with best practices in compliance, governance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Microsoft 365 and Azure Security Solutions ensuring alignment with Microsoft security best practices.

• Configure and implement Microsoft Defender suite, Azure security tools, Entra ID, and Purview to secure customer environments.

• Provide expert-level consulting, deployment, and technical delivery for clients across multiple industries.

• Conduct security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend mitigation strategies.

• Manage and optimize SIEM/XDR solutions for proactive threat detection and response.

• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and end-user training to ensure smooth solution adoption.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, Microsoft stakeholders, and partner vendors.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and Microsoft updates to continuously improve security offerings.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365 Security, Azure Security, and related cloud protection frameworks.

• Hands-on experience configuring or deploying:

  • Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Office 365, Identity, and Cloud Apps

  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)

  • Microsoft Purview (Compliance and Governance)

  • Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM/XDR)

• Excellent understanding of cloud security architecture, identity management, and data protection.

• Strong consulting and communication skills to work with diverse client teams.

• Ability to translate technical issues into business-focused solutions.

• 3+ Microsoft Certifications in relevant domains, such as:

  • Azure (AZ Series)

  • Security (SC Series)

  • Power Platform (PL Series)

  • Modern Work (MS Series)

  • Copilot/AI Solutions (preferred)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Copilot deployments.

• Knowledge of broader cloud ecosystems or integration with third-party security tools.
