Senior Paid Media Manager
London
This is an opportunity to step into a senior paid media role within a high-growth digital agency known for delivering measurable performance across a diverse client base. You will take ownership of key accounts, shape strategy across multiple channels, and play a visible role in driving client success and agency growth.
The Role
You will sit at the core of the paid media function, leading both strategy and execution across client accounts.
- Own senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on paid media strategy
- Lead end-to-end campaign delivery across paid search, paid social, and display
- Develop cross-channel strategies aligned to client objectives and KPIs
- Execute and optimise campaigns, managing budgets, targeting, and creative performance
- Drive a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve results
- Analyse campaign performance and translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Present strategy and performance updates to senior stakeholders
- Identify growth opportunities across accounts and support new business initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams across analytics, CRO, and broader growth functions
- Mentor junior team members through project-based support, with future line management responsibility
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience across paid media, particularly paid search and paid social
- Proven ability to manage complex campaigns and budgets with a performance focus
- Confident developing and delivering multi-channel strategy
- Hands-on approach with the ability to execute as well as lead
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to self-serve insights from data
- Excellent client-facing and presentation skills
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of outcomes
- Agency experience is beneficial but not essential
