Proofpoint, a global leader in human-centric cybersecurity, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Partner Marketing & Field Activation Manager, EMEA to drive integrated partner marketing programs, lead-generation campaigns, and sales enablement initiatives across the EMEA region. The role requires collaboration with EMEA Marketing, Channel Sales, and Commercial Sales (Mid-Market) teams to develop and implement impactful strategies that boost lead generation, enhance partner engagement, and increase sales performance.
The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in managing pan-EMEA Partner Marketing programs, creating packaged plays and campaigns for Field Marketing teams, and supporting regional teams with the launch and execution of partner sales programs. This position involves direct collaboration with EMEA Distributors and Global System Integrators (GSIs) to promote Proofpoint’s cybersecurity solutions and strengthen the brand presence across multiple regions.
You will be responsible for designing, executing, and reporting on integrated channel sales programs and campaigns that aim to generate pipeline growth, accelerate deal closures, and increase sales frequency and order value within the Mid-Market segment. The role requires excellent English proficiency for content creation, copywriting, and presentation, with additional EMEA languages considered an advantage.
Develop and manage integrated channel sales programs and lead-generation campaigns across the EMEA region.
Support collaboration between regional Proofpoint teams and partner organizations to drive pipeline growth and accelerate sales.
Create and coordinate packaged plays and campaigns for Field Marketing teams, ensuring effective rollout across regions.
Launch and oversee EMEA Partner sales programs and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with regional marketing managers and sales teams.
Measure and report on program results, working closely with sales and marketing operations.
Define end-to-end processes for channel campaigns, including goal setting, deliverables, production, translation, and internal/external launch.
Proven experience in international partner sales and marketing within large B2B organizations (preferably Tech/SaaS).
Experience in cybersecurity marketing is an advantage.
Strong collaboration skills with sales, technical, and marketing teams to deliver integrated programs.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to create scalable processes for cross-functional teams.
Strong English proficiency (written, verbal, and presentation); additional EMEA languages are a plus.
Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred).
Strong understanding of B2B marketing mix including social, digital, and online campaigns.
